About Anea
Anea Michelle is a yoga and Pilates teacher, sound healer, writer, doula, editor, and advocate whose work is rooted in care, connection, and creating spaces where people feel safe to fully be themselves. She holds a master’s degree in Creative Writing and is a 1,000-hour certified, trauma-informed yoga teacher, Master Pilates trainer, and certified doula, with her work in these practices beginning in 2014. Anea bridges movement, writing, and birth work as forms of healing and self-discovery, believing that each one offers a way back to the body, the voice, and community. She has remained deeply committed to advocacy, accessibility, and supporting people through life’s most transformative moments.
